- Casual fine dining Mediterranean cuisine, sharingconcept dishes with bold flavours
- Fresh ingredientsand seasonal produce top notch suppliers (open fire, whole butcheringon site, stone oven, dry age meat display)
- Lunch and dinner - up to 110 covers with outdoor terrace
- Salary up to£50,000 per annum (negotiable)
- Fantastic project, strong chef team, and brand-new kitchen & equipment
- Rota of 4 doubles, 3 days off (finish around 11:00pm)
The ideal Senior Sous Chefmust be passionate and have a background in fine dining, Michelin star restaurants, or private members club, as the food is be quality. You will be creative in menu development, and supportive in this exciting project and collaborate with your Head Chef in menu tastings.
