An incredible opportunity is now available for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join one of the most exciting company groups in London.
This very popular and well established company has multiple restaurants across the world and the restaurants offer Nikkei and Peruvian/Asian fusion cuisine - sushi, robata, sashimi/ ceviche and open fire. Really trendy food concept.
You will be working in a large kitchen team of 15+ chefs, covers up to 300+ per day. Also, the company is planning to open other establishments next year so there will be lots of opportunities for progression.
As Senior Sous Chef you will understand Asian/Japanese fusion cuisine, seasonal produce, costing, menu development and be creative above all. Salary of £55,000 to £60,000 per annum - according to experience
