I'm currently looking to recruit a Senior Sous Chef on behalf of my client, a prestigious modern British restaurant located in the heart of London known for its innovative cuisine and exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations
- Oversee food preparation and presentation
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a similar environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for modern British cuisine
