London Shell Co. are looking for experienced Sous Chefs for their fishmongers and restaurant in North London. The restaurant received one rosette in the AA travel guide and and incredible write up from Giles Coren in The Times. The team are look to build on this success and grow the business.
The ideal Sous Chef will have:
- Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or CDP in a decent fast paced restaurant
- Share our passion for seasonal ingredients
- Ability to work in a team and effectively communicate
- A keen interest in British Seafood and a desire to further that knowledge and develop with us.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work quickly and with a personable nature.
