Senior Sous Chef - Recent New Opening

Salary: £55,000 per annum
A great opportunity has come for a Senior Sous Chef to join the team of an recently opened restaurant in central London.
The restaurant offers the best of Classic & Modern French cuisine, using fresh seasonal produce and working from scratch. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner up to 200 covers per day working in a brand-new kitchen and team of 20+ chefs.
Responsibilities:
As Senior Sous Chef, you will have control over the kitchen's day-to-day operations, closely collaborating with the Executive Chef to uphold the seasonal ingredient sourcing and menu concept. Your role will involve managing and training a team, creating and cooking a seasonal daily-changing menu, monitoring and achieving budgeted food margins, and training front-of-house on dishes and seasonal changes.
We are looking for aSenior Sous Chefwith a consistent and extensive background in fine dining (2/3 AA rosette level) and understanding of French cuisine, someone that can manage high volume and a large brigade of chefs. You will be working with top suppliers under a reputable company that has won accolades in their other establishments.
