Are you passionate about creating exceptional culinary experiences? I am seeking a talented and driven Senior Sous Chef to join this prestigious kitchen in the heart of Old Chelsea. Working alongside the Executive Head Chef, you will help craft a constantly evolving menu that celebrates the best of British cuisine, centred around their renowned calescent open grill.

Senior Sous Chef responsibilities:
  • Assist the Executive Head Chef in creating a range of menus, blending seasonal ingredients with traditional British flavours and a hint of international inspiration.
  • Help source the finest local ingredients from trusted British suppliers to ensure high-quality, fresh produce.
  • Contribute to the La Carte menu, offering a selection of light seasonal salads, seafood, and robust grill classics.
  • Play an integral role in delivering our famous Saturday and Sunday roasts, known for their exceptional quality.
  • Maintain kitchen standards, ensuring a high level of culinary excellence and consistency.
  • Oversee kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Head Chef, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

Senior Sous Chef requirements:
