Based in West London, the restaurant serves Michelin * standard Italian dishes

With a team of 15, the Senior Sous should oversee the running of the kitchen in an organised and professional manner.

The restaurant is closed on Suday evening and Monday and is busier on Friday evenings and Saturdays

Previous stable experience in fine Italian restaurants is essential
