- Salary up to£47,000 - £60,000 per annum (according to experience)

The ideal Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chefmust be passionate and have a background in Michelin star restaurants and volume as the food is top quality but also operates very fast-paced in high volume kitchen setting. You will be creative and supportive in this exciting new opening project and collaborate with your Head Chef in menu tastings, costing, HACCP, and more.
