- Salary according on experience £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

- Rota of 2 doubles, 3 single shifts, and 2 days off
The idealSous Chefmust be passionate and have a background in fine dining restaurants, 5-star hotels, or private members clubs. You will train and mentor staff and support your Head Chef in menu development, costing and paperwork.
