Sous chef required for a high end events company - mainly daytime hours (3 days is 10am to 6pm & other 2 days depends on the events), they are looking for chefs from a Michelin, mutli rosette or award winning background for this role. If you want to still work with great produceand do great presentation, however wanting more from life and notwork the Michelin hours, this is the role for you. Sous chef required to work in the central production unit, to create greatdishes. As well as central production, they also have a tasting room for event organisers to try the dishes that will be served at the high end events. 45-50k + uncapped holidays + free gym after 12 months + mainly daytime hours (3 days a week is 10-6pm)
The role
As a sous chef you will work with the Head chef and Exec chef to ensure the prep lists are done on time, the food presentation is amazing and that the high end clients are delighted with the high end food delights. You will also cook for the tasting room as well. This role will be very hands on and include all the standard sous chef duties.
Experience
We are looking for a sous chef from a michelin, rosette, fine dining or award winning background. You will have amazing knowledge of great food, passion for great food and good knife skills
