Were looking for a Sous Chef to help lead the Events Kitchen of an award winning 5 Star hotel in Central London. By ensuring the culinary standards remain high, you will contribute towards the excellent reputation that the hotel has already established.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with an experienced Executive Chef, who will support with your continued career development and potential onward progression.
Predominately straight shifts + paid overtime. Working in a well-equipped and recently renovated kitchen.
The Person
A stable track record and experience as a Sous Chef within a 4 Star Deluxe/5 Star hotel is essential and time spent working within a dedicated Banqueting/Private Dining operation desirable. Someone who loves the logistics involved in the planning and delivery of multiple events to the highest standards.
A positive leader who will help to develop, train and help to retain a team of Chefs. The desire to positively promote the company values and work collaboratively with departmental leadership team.
Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
