We're recruiting a Sous Chef to join a gastro pub in Westminster, London. Recently renovated, this venue offers a classic yet modern fresh food menu with weekly specials. You'll work with a fantastic team of chefs in a brand-new kitchen fitted with all-new equipment. This role is part of a group known for its award-winning pubs across the South-East. We're looking for a Sous Chef with gastro pub experience.
What they Offer:
- Up to £38,000 + Tronc on-top
- Paid over-time – 40-Hour Week

What We are Looking For:
- Proven track record as a Sous Chef within a fresh-food and Gastro Pub environment.
- Good longevity and commitment within previous roles.
- Organised in the kitchen with insight into administration.
