We are recruiting a sous chef to join its management team;
- A sousto confidently support the day to day running of the kitchen whilst being hands on
- Excellent cooking & organisational skills & the ability to gain the best from those around them
- Agood leader with a proven track record working in busy and upmarket establishments
- Someone who can work well under pressure and always motivate a large driven team.
- Work closely with the ExecutiveHead Chefto drive financial success and achieve company targets, whilstmotivating and training the brigade beneath you, maintaining the highest standards of food quality and have a real passion for quality ingredients prepared with flair and excellent techniques
- Open Dinner Tuesday to Friday, Saturday Brunch and evening and Sundaylunch
- Up to 250x covers perservice
- £45000 salary (House + Tronc)
