Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen team and daily operations
- Prepare high-quality dishes with a focus on Southern-style BBQ and comfort food
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
- Support in menu development and seasonal offerings
- Lead by example, motivating and training junior staff
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
