Mediterranean Restaurant
An opportunity has arisen for a Sous Chef to help lead the kitchen of a popular restaurant in Central London, which is part of a reputable group.
The restaurant has an all-day dining menu and serves seasonal Italian/Mediterranean cuisine using the finest ingredients, everything is produced in house. Youd be helping to lead a kitchen team of 15, overseeing services of up to 150 covers + PDR functions.
The Sous Chef will support the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen, ordering, stock control, recruitment and development of the junior Chefs.
Desired skills and attributes:
Previous experience as a Sous Chef within a busy restaurant
A passion for Mediterranean/Italian cuisine
Proficient knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety
A positive leader who will promote a sense of collaboration
Availability to work a mixture of shifts throughout the week
