The Sous Chef will be supporting the onsite Head Chef withthe day to day running of the Hospitality kitchen managing a team of 6. The Sous Chef will be supporting the team with the production of some of the best Hospitality offers in London.

Producingoutstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients in this highly prestigious unitdelivering daily directors and client dining . This is an excellent role for an ambitious Sous Chef to show off and utilise skills of bold flavours, seasonal menu creation and presentation.

They are looking for a Sous Chef from a similar environment high profile site with high standards of food preparation.
