We're looking for aSous Chefwith understanding of French cuisine, someone that wants to make good precise food from scratch, working with a top notch Head Chef to learn from. You will be managing the brigade, help with menu development and support and train other junior chefs. A positive attitude, someone that is keen to learn, and progress in career development.
