Sous Chef Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sous or Jr Sous Chef
- Worked in a commercial kitchen restaurant, hotel, gastro pub or event company
- Good supervisory skills
- The commitment to delivering dishes to a high consistent standard
- A passion for fresh food and the hospitality industry
- An innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
