Job Role - Sous Chef
Rate of pay - £33,600
Hours - Excellent work- life balance and extra days off (paid) due term closure on top of holidays

Key responsibilities
* Contribute to the creation of new food menus by designing innovative grazing and sharing platters that align with seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
* Supervise the preparation and presentation of grazing platters and sharing plates, ensuring they are visually appealing and meet quality standards
* Ensure all dishes, particularly shared platters, are consistently prepared with the highest quality, maintaining flavor, texture, and presentation
* Lead and support kitchen staff to ensure efficient preparation and timely service of platters, delegating tasks and ensuring smooth coordination during busy service periods
* Oversee stock for grazing platters, ensuring fresh, seasonal ingredients are sourced and available while maintaining budget control
