Are you a skilled Sous Chef ready for a new challenge? We are thrilled to announce the opening of our third restaurant in the bustling heart of Covent Garden. We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in bringing the dynamic flavours of Eastern Mediterranean fusion cuisine to life.


About Us:
Our restaurant is celebrated for its fragrant, vibrant, and health-conscious dishes, inspired by the culinary traditions of the Tel Aviv region. Our menu offers a rich tapestry of flavours and spices, promising a unique dining experience for our guests.


Role Requirements:

  • Proven experience in kitchen management, ideally with a background in Israeli or Eastern Mediterranean cuisine.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience leading a team and driving them towards excellence in quality control.
  • Passion for crafting health-conscious, flavour-rich dishes.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leading and managing the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Support the Head Chef in ensuring all dishes are executed to the highest standard and in accordance with our Eastern Mediterranean fusion concept.
  • Play a key role in the training and development of our kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive environment.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure the seamless success of our new venue.
  • Uphold our commitment to health-conscious cooking, using fresh and vibrant ingredients.
