Standard hours will be Mon to Fri 7am to 3pm. Purpose of job:- To keep the kitchen and back of house areas in a clean, hygenic state at all times to company standards.- To ensure the kitchen has a constant flow of clean equipment to see it through the day and night - To keep a safe environment for yourselves and your colleagues in the process of your job- To follow the cleaning schedules and complete to a high standard under the supervision of the senior chef in your area- To work as a major part of the kitchen brigade in hepling to produce a cleanliness quality of excellent standard- To be trained in COSHH and follow the procedures for chemical usage at all times.
