We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a strong team in central London.
Working between two kitchens,cooking seasonal Modern British/European and Mediterranean cuisine.
Working alongside the Head Chef, you will assist in the kitchen's day-to-day operations, providing leadership, creativity and training
You should have previous experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining or modern British or Mediterranean restaurant.
Working 45 hours a week, with any overtime paid
