We are looking for a Sous Chef to join the incredible team at a 1* Michelin Starred restaurant in London.
Position:Sous Chef
Location:Belgravia, London
Salary:£40,000 to £44,000 (depending on experience)

Requirements:
- Proven, and recent experience in a Michelin Starred Kitchen environment (1+ years)
- Experience with costing, GP, and menu development
- Management and leadership skills - inspire the team in Head Chef's absence
- Ability to cope with high pressure situations, and uncertainty.
- Creative, and passionate about the craft
