This fantastic opportunity offers £18 per hour (approximately £32,500 - £42,000) + TRONC. What Does the Role Entail?

As a Sous Chef, you'll play a vital role in the kitchen, ensuring each dish embodies the perfect balance of taste and texture that defines our brand. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising food preparation, ensuring consistency in both taste and presentation.
  • Assisting the Head Chef with kitchen duties, including overseeing daily operations.
  • Monitoring kitchen hygiene and enforcing food safety standards.
  • Contributing to recipe development and the introduction of new dishes.
  • Ensuring the kitchen meets the highest quality standards at all times.
  • Promoting a positive, professional atmosphere among team members and guests.
