Sous Chef - £38,000 - £41,000 – London
We are seeking an outstanding, experienced, and hands-on Sous Chef to join my client's key accounts global corporate headquarters. In this role, you will lead our skilled catering team, delivering exceptional dishes made from the finest, freshest ingredients in a cutting-edge corporate setting.
Sous Chef requirements:
- Lead kitchen operations and manage in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Conduct chef meetings (production, allergen, and team) when Head Chefs are unavailable.
- Drive profitability for both Sodexo and the client through excellent execution.
- Support high-quality food preparation and meal delivery in line with Sodexo brand standards.
- Work within budgetary targets and controls set by the contract and Line Manager.
- Oversee all food production.
- Ensure food safety and health & safety systems are maintained.
- Manage all opening and closing procedures within designated areas
