Requirements

Supervising Cooks
Overseeing day to day operations
Managing kitchen staff
Assistant to the head Chef
Managing the kitchen in the absence of the head Chef

The Cuisine is Lebanese/Mediterranean.

Wed-Thurs 5pm-11pm

Fri-Sun 5pm-12pm

Annual Salary 30-32k
