Sous Chef Role:

As the Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in bringing our vision to life. Working alongside our Head Chef, youll help develop and execute a menu thats both nostalgic and contemporary. Youll oversee kitchen operations, maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation, and help foster a dynamic, passionate kitchen team.

Sous Chef responsibilities:
