As aSous Chefyou must be passionate and have a background in fine dining, Michelin star restaurants, or private members club, with a great understanding of Italian and British cuisine, menu development, food costing, Rota, and managing a brigade for around 12 chefs. You will be working with amazing suppliers and be supported with a strong Head Chef which will offer great career development within the company.
