We are looking for an experienced junior or senior level sous chef to join our team.
The right candidate should have sous level experience, a love of cooking, and the drive to learn and progress. Knowledge of Thai cuisine is positive, but more important are strong chef skills an excitement for Thai food and a hunger to learn.
We can offer a very competitive wage, a central London location, and one of the most unique kitchen jobs in London. We serve hard-to-find Thai produce, make our own fresh coconut milk daily, do butchery, live fire cooking, stone-grind all our curry pastes in-house, do lots of wok cookery, and use exceptional meat, fish, and organically grown seasonal UK fruit and veg.
