The role
As a sous chef we are looking for a candidate who can work in the kitchen, using fresh food. You will prepare the prep in the afternoon ready for evening service, this venue currently does not really cover lunches. You will support the head chef in the running of the kitchen, you will ensure everything is ready for service and cook in service. This role will include all the normal sous chef duties.

Expeirence
We are looking for a sous chef from a fresh food background, who can use rustic presentation skills, both main plates and small plates. You will be organised, able to work in a small kitchen and good hygiene knowledge. You will be a current sous chef or a junior sous chef ready for a sous chef role.
