The Role:
As our Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the Head Chef, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the consistent quality of food offerings. You'll be preparing a variety of dishes that are both accessible and high-quality, including sandwiches, steaks, fresh salads, and innovative bowl foods. I'm looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences for the discerning clientele.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food to the highest standards
- Maintain the smooth operation of the kitchen and ensure food safety protocols are followed
- Collaborate with the head chef to design and execute seasonal menu changes
- Ensure a high level of consistency and quality in all dishes served
- Help with stock control, ordering, and waste management

- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar senior kitchen role
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food preparation, and presentation
