We are recruiting for a strong Sous Chef to work alongside the Head Chef of an established brasserie, managing the kitchen and training and mentoring the team.

You will have at least NVQ2 in Cookery as well as experience to at least Junior Sous Chef level in a French restaurant. Longevity in previous roles is essential

Working mainly Monday to Friday, this role offers a great work life balance.
