Due to internal promotion we are now looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our very talented kitchen team at Riding House Fitzrovia.
We believe that the kitchen is the engine room of our restaurants,so passion and quality are at the forefront of everything we do.
The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef with Rota planning, stock control, invoicing and ordering, team recruitment and food health and safety. You will work with the best seasonal produce, using modern and traditional techniques. You will undertake all aspects of kitchen management, to ensure a smooth service at all times.
