Sous Chef - Fallow Restaurant
Salary -Up to £47K per year

About us-Fallow, founded by acclaimed chefs Jack Croft and Will Murray, is renowned for its innovative and sustainable approach to dining. Since our inception in May 2019, we've captivated diners with our conscious culinary creativity and commitment to seasonality. Our permanent home in St Jamess market was established in November 2021 and has since attracted a string of awards including both the Marie Claire and GQ sustainable restaurant of the year and the Caterer award for best new restaurant.
About you- As a Sous Chef, you will be a hands-on, proactive, and enthusiastic person, passionate about all things food and sustainability.
Your Role
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a large team
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Manage food and labour costs, including stock takes, to ensure profitability and budget targets are met.
- Continuously assess and improve kitchen processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Monitoring wastage
- Mentoring and developing junior chefs
