Don't Tell Dad is looking for a Sous Chef to join our team in Queen's Park this Autumn. As a Sous Chef, you will be instrumental in managing our kitchen operations, collaborating on menu development, and delivering exceptional dining experiences. You will work closely with our experienced head chef, benefiting from his extensive knowledge and leadership to create a happy, successful kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day kitchen operations
- Collaborate on menu development and seasonal changes
- Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff
- Oversee food preparation to ensure high-quality standards
- Handle ordering and inventory management
- Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen

Sometimes a bakery, sometimes a neighbourhood restaurant, we're committed to delivering great food and exceptional service every day. We do everything in-house, from baking our own bread and pastries to butchering and preparing modern European dishes in our kitchen.
