Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations, ensuring all food preparation meets our quality standards.
- Supervise and motivate the kitchen team, providing training and guidance as needed.

- Oversee food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Manage stock levels and order supplies efficiently to minimize waste.

- Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a high-end, busy restaurant setting.
