Rhubarb Recruitment is searching for a Sous Chef for a busy all-day dining, modern French European Brasserie in Central London. Hyper-seasonal menus, and modern plating, in a vibrant setting with a fantastic reputation. This premium setting works to the highest of standards and you will be working under the respected Executive Chef and Head Chef, supporting the day-to-day hands-on management of a large and busy brigade within a precise systems-driven kitchen.
You
You will need to demonstrate previous experience as Sous Chef in other busy premium 5* London kitchen settings. You will confidently work across all areas of kitchen management, ensuring consistent on-point delivery in every service.
Salary
£45k-£58k depending on experience, plus benefits based on a 45-hour contract.
