- 7 day operation lunches and dinners 30/100 covers per day, 300 Covers on a Sunday!
Sous Chef Requirements:
- A competent, creative and ambitious Sous Chef who can work well within a small team and confidently run the kitchen operation.
- A dedicated and professional Sous Chef who takes a hands-on approach and sets an example for others.
- A Sous Chef within a good culinary background working within food led reputable kitchens.
- Previous experience cooking modern British cuisine would be desirable.
