I'm seeking a talented Sous Chef to join the team at a prestigious private members club and co-working space in Fulham. The Role:

As our Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the Head Chef, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the consistent quality of food offerings. You'll be preparing a variety of dishes that are both accessible and high-quality, including sandwiches, steaks, fresh salads, and innovative bowl foods. What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food to the highest standards
  • Maintain the smooth operation of the kitchen and ensure food safety protocols are followed
  • Collaborate with the head chef to design and execute seasonal menu changes
  • Ensure a high level of consistency and quality in all dishes served
  • Help with stock control, ordering, and waste management
