Were looking for a Sous Chef to join a Michelin Bib Gourmand recommended brasserie in Dubai. The restaurant is award winning and serves European brasserie cuisine. The restaurant is part of a group that develop their own concepts and are entering a period of expansion, opening two new sites this year.
Were looking for a proactive, passionate Sous Chef, able to support the Head Chef and lead and mentor junior team members. To be considered for the role youll need experience and a passion for European cuisine and cooking techniques, and be able to provide two references from previous employers. The ideal candidate will be looking to grow inside the company and further develop their career.
Dubai is continuing to build its reputation as a leading international destination for luxury hospitality, and this group has expats working for them across their brands. Accommodation is not provided for the role, however the Groups HR team can assist with helping the successful candidate with all things relocation. The visa is provided by the group, and the benefits for the role include medical care. Family packages are not available for this position.
