The Sous Chef will work alongside the Head Chef to lead a brigade focused on creating Middle Eastern cuisine.
Candidates should have experience in a similar role, with a salary of up to £42,000 and additional benefits including pension and healthcare.
The position involves 9-hour shifts starting as early as 6am, with no doubles or late shifts, providing a great work-life balance.
