We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Brook House, our award winning Rosette site in Fulham. As our Sous Chef, you will benefit from

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and execute creative and innovative menus that exceed our guest expectations.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Trian, mentor and supervise the junior team to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
- Assist in managing stock rotation, ordering supplies and controlling food costs
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area
- Take the lead in preparing and plating dishes during busy service periods
- Ensure consistent presentation of all dishes and adherence to recipe guidelines
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavour profiles and food presentation
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulation
