We are an expanding restaurant group with 3 more sister operations, and now looking for a Sous Chef used to a fast-paced operation and experienced in a similar role.
This is a high quality and high-volume restaurant operation and serving luxury handmade pasta.
The ideal Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in the managing of the kitchen team including 12/15 chefs and also with the kitchen administration tasks including ordering, payroll, food costing etc.
The Sous Chef will work 45 hours per week over 5 days, and if in need the role can be for immediate start.
The Sous Chef basic annual salary is £42,000 per year and negotiable depending on experience.
