5 on 2 off shift pattern .A great opportunity to join this exciting hotel as Sous Chef in South Kensington.

What will you be doing?

Producing food for Bar, Room Service, Bistro and Afternoon tea.

-Managing the Kitchen when Head Chef is absent.

Assist with stock takes.

Assist with Health and Safety and Food safety.

Assist with new menu items.

Maintaininga professionaland helpful attitude in the Kitchen.

Follow HACCP and food standards.

Whatyou need:

The Job

This is a challenging Sous Chef role to assist and take responsibility for the running of the Kitchen. You will be working closely with our Head Chef to produce the food for hotels guests and Bistro guests alike, together with a newly launched themed Afternoon tea.

Suitable candidates for the position of Sous Chef are likely to have a minimum of 2 years experience in the position.
