Contract type: full-time permanent (48 hrs per week)
Salary: £41,776.00 Per Annum (Dependent on Experience) (£2800 NET monthly)
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and be knowledgeable in all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, sanitation, and safety. The successful candidate will also have a strong understanding of different cooking techniques, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to effectively communicate with the rest of the kitchen staff.
Must be eligible to work in UK and already in London.
Responsibilities:
?Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu planning.
?Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high cooking standards and consistency.
?Oversee food preparation, quality control, and timely service.
?Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
?Manage inventory, stock control, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
?Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
?Collaborate on creating and updating seasonal menus
?Handle kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef.

Requirements:
?Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant.
?Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and fine dining standards.
?Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
?Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
?Strong understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
?Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
?Passion for food quality and creativity.
?Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
