Our client is a contemporary Italian restaurant based in the heart of London and is looking for a creative Sous Chef who thrives on working with fresh pasta.
The restaurant offers a relaxed experience in a vibrant setting with a fresh take on classic Italian dishes. This is a high-volume restaurant with a large kitchen team, so our client is looking for a Sous Chef with a similar background.
The company is small at present, but they are looking to expand and want to take a passionate & Inspirational Sous chef on this journey with them.
The successful Sous Chef will be required to:
Manage the smooth running of a large kitchen.
Train & develop the team through great leadership skills.
Maintain EHO standards & records.
Passionate in working with fresh pasta.
An exceptional eye for detail
Managing stock control
The Sous Chef will receive £42,000 per annum for 45 hours per week
