We have a Sous Chef role available, and the ideal candidate will be supported and trained to become the operations Head Chef.
The role is ideal for a Sous Chef that wants to progress, and you will join our clients Gastro Pub operation based in Islington.
The Gastro Pub is popular with the local clientele and the ideal Sous Chef will work with a kitchen team including 7 Chefs and serving organic, seasonal British/European cuisine.
Please note, if interested in the Sous Chef role you only need to apply if you are passionate and want to work with Organic and Seasonal Produce.
The Sous Chef will be part of an expanding group including 3 Gastro Pubs and Restaurants and the role is for an immediate start.
Sous Chef Benefits:
Salary package of £45,000 per year
Plus £4,000 bonus per year and paid quarterly
