- Position :Specialist Caribbean Chef De Partie
- Employer :Reputed Sri Lankanthemed restaurant group
- Location: CentralLondon
- Gross OTE salary package : circa£34,000 +(incl.share of serv. chge + targeted bonus)
- Weekly working hours / days48 hours /5 days

Your role involves skilful preparation of complex Sri Lankan dishes and specialties specific to the regional theme of the establishment and its menus. You will be responsible for a series of kitchen operational duties commensurate with job role, and also be engaged in training and supervising of Commi Chefs and other junior kitchen staff
To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements: -
- Eligibility to live and work in UK
- Experience in the preparation of authentic high quality Sri Lankan dishes & Specialties
- Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measuring & formulation
- Industrial training in a world renowned culinary/hospitality institute
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in this role + min 3 years of prior experience in escalating job roles
- Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
- Evidence of sound health and fitness ie. Medical examination report or similar
- Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
