We are a high-end Asian restaurant in Soho looking for an experienced strong sushi chef with very good basic experience to join our team. We are able to offer visa support or sponsorship to the right candidate.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience making hand-made sushi in high-end restaurants, be able to work well under pressure, and work well within a team. You should also be skilled in cutting salmon from a whole fish and have the ability to create new sauces and dishes from scratch.
At our restaurant, we only use the best ingredients in the market, including our own imported fish and shellfish. We also strive to minimize wastage by utilizing all parts of the fish.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a minimum of 2 days off per week, with the option to work more hours within the company. The salary will be competitive and commensurate with your experience and quality of work.
