We are looking for a full-time travelling chef for a vegetarian client to join our team.
The principal and his girlfriend reside mainly between London, United States, Dubai and Spain/Italy, but there may be occasional trips to other destinations involved.
The role requires complete flexibility and an upbeat attitude around travel. Workload will be spread between chefs, so substantial amount of downtime will be achieved.
Healthy cooking style with culinary experience in various cuisines is essential, as the principal likes to maintain a nutritious diet. His preferred meals are vegetarian, strongly focused on fresh, healthy and nutritious products, full of protein and quite low on carbs and fat, however fish and seafood ingredients are slowly being introduced.
The working day usually consists of cooking from breakfast all the way through dinner, unless meetings or events are planned out. Guests and family visit from time to time - notice is usually given in advance.
Ideal candidate would be hands on and of a kind nature, a team player, willing to assist the client with household needs if asked, professional, friendly and with a hospitality background and mindset. Meal planning, sourcing ingredients and organising workplace at travel destinations will be the part of the role, as well as maintaining our running food log with dish stats.
The chef would need a valid passport and eligibility to get visas for mentioned countries to travel along with the principal. Travel, accommodation as well as expenses will be covered by the principal.
